PROTECT 100 helps protect your car's engine from the harmful effects of daily engine
stress and wear. Unlike regular engine oil, PROTECT 100 is a scientifically formulated
engine protectant that can help cut automobile engine wear by half when added to
the oil every 100,000 miles.PROTECT 100 helps reduce engine wear by coating the
internal metal surfaces of engines with PTFE, a substance which reduces engine friction.
Engines treated with PROTECT 100 have less friction and last longer.During start-up,
most of an engine's oil is in the pan and not in the engine. As a result, most engine
wear occurs when the car is started. PROTECT 100 helps reduce engine wear at start-up
when oil can't. It also reduces the harmful effects of engine stress due to hot
summer weather, stop and start driving, and towing large loads.
